The site is done very well and is easy to navigate through. The response time of their server is fast and is close to instant. We are curious to see what great price THSALE might have.

Promotions and Deals

We went searching for promotions and did see they offer some seasonal promotions where prices were actually dropped as low as 20%. We checked out their current gold prices to see what THSALE had to offer in this competitive market. They charged about 10.46 per 500 gold and 551.00 for 30,000 gold. We found the prices to be a bit high with some competitors offering 500 gold for less than 8.00. We did however find it useful that they told us their current inventory of the server so we knew we would not be short changed. The one thing we did find pretty interesting was that they offered to buy accounts and generally paid over 300$ for a full 70 character. Purchase We went ahead and purchased 500 gold for 10.46 to see what type of service THSALE might offer us. We use our Pay Pal card to make our payment and the transaction went very smoothly. We contacted their customer support via telephone, which picked up instantly. A THSALE customer service rep answered and offered to answer any and all of our questions. The only questions we really were interested in was, how long it will take to get our gold and if they had and current sales. The customer service rep told us they try to deliver all gold instantly or at least within 24 hours. She also informed us that they may be having a sale for 15% off gold midsummer but nothing is wrote in stone. She also told us that our order would be delivered face to face so try to be online when an agent tries to reach us. We thanked the customer service rep for the well-answered questions and went back to our game to wait for one of THSALE’s agents. About 2 hours later a THSALE agent contacted us. He traded us our 500 gold and our transaction was complete. The transaction and service were as promised and THSALE proved themselves to be a reputable gold seller of Warcraft gold.

Overall

Overall we felt THSALE offered some great services and customer support. We felt their prices were a little high but if you have enough returning customers I suppose price is not always the most important thing.
