First Impression

RPGUP is a new site formed in mid 2007. Their site layout is easy on the eyes and simple to navigate through. Majority of the links worked and they claimed to offer services such as power leveling, gold selling, account selling, and CD-Keys. Unfortunately little information could be found about RPGUP. They did not have a “about us” page or a FAQ page that worked. The current FAQ link would lead us to a empty white box containing nothing. We currently are hesitant to place our order with the lack of information on a relatively new site.

Deals / Promotions

RPGUP currently did not have any promotions available. We decided to search and find out what gold prices might be. We found the price slightly over industry standard at 10.79. We decided to check their customer service to see if we might be able to get a price match to a competitor site. Customer service surprisingly quickly responded us informing us that there was no price matches. We thanked them for the info and decided to place our order for 500$ gold despite the high prices.

Purchase

We made our purchase from RPGUP with our Pay Pal card. The transaction went through smoothly and we were issued a confirmation receipt. We checked with customer service when we might receive our order. They responded to us on live chat that all gold orders should be delivered within 24 hours of receipt. We ended up actually receiving the gold within 5 hours in a in game mail. Our order processed successfully and within reasonable time.

Overall

RPGUP was a relatively good simple site. The only thing really holding RPGUP from being a major competitor is most likely its lack of company info as well as its high prices. We still recommend not purchasing from a site with no information of FAQS as it usually is a good warning sign for a potential scam site. Click here to check out Rpgup's site!
