First Impression

Mogs has been in the online currency market since 2004. They are currently a US business based in Cleveland Ohio. They have actually been in the online currency business before it was truly a market dating back to 1998 using eBay as their main source of sales. Mogs offers some of the safest transactions in the gold industry. They offer a 100% account safety with a 100% delivered items without account banns. The site was had great functionality and a good layout. We did however find a few minor drawbacks. They currently had no live support and the only way to reach them was through e-mail messages. We found their site to have a lot of useful information and were curious to see how their US business operated.

Deals / Promotions

We were a little disappointed to find Mogs currently did not offer and promotions. We went ahead and checked their prices. Mogs charged on Stormreaver Horde about 11.77 for 500 gold. We found the price to be a little over the industry average. They did however inform us on the gold purchasing page that most orders were delivered within 30 minutes when gold was in stock. We decided to check with their customer service to see if they currently had gold in stock as we did not want to wait 48 hours to receive our 500 gold. Customer service via e-mail actually responded within 20 minutes and notified us that stormreaver horde currently had over 15,000 gold in stock. We decided to give Mogs a try due to their experience in the online currency industry.

Purchase

We went ahead and purchased 500 gold at the price of 11.77. The checkout was simply and very user friendly. We paid using our pay pal card and quickly received our order confirmation. We were told during our gold purchase that our order should be delivered within 30 minutes. We also had contacted the customer service rep earlier to discover if gold was in stock on the stormreaver server (which it was). We received an in game message within 25 minutes from our order confirmation. We were happy to receive our 500 gold and be on our way. Mogs provided adequate information and we were glad to see a gold selling company based in the US keeping its word.

Overall

Overall we felt Mogs offered a good overall product and service. Although they did not use a 24/7 online chat service they did respond quickly through e-mail and with good information. We found the Mogs’s site to be fast and responsive and their guarantees to be honest and trust worthy. The only downside really for Mogs’s site was their prices were slightly high and we could not get instant contact with a customer service rep. Luckily with a 100% order delivery guarantee we suppose contacting a representative might not be needed.
