First Impression

MMOINN has been in business for a little over 3 years. They currently have a great fully functional site. Their website is well laid out and quite fast. We found a lot of interesting aspects to the site that normally you do not find on competitors sites. One of these unique features was the delivery performance section. Here MMOINN actually displays how fast all their most recent orders were delivered to customers for each realm. We were pretty impressed with this and we able to see what our wait might look like prior to ordering. MMOINN sold all the typical products such as accounts, CD-Keys, Gold, and power leveling. So far their site appeared quite clean and a serious contender in the MMO currency market.

Promotions / deals

We found numerous promotions on MMOIN. They had some promotion codes that gave 15% extra gold to your order and some that dropped the price by 12%. We decided to take a look at the gold prices listed on MMOINN. We were a little dumbfounded to discover that they were actually charging 21.42 for only 500 gold on horde stormreaver. Even with a 15 percent gold increase on the order it was definitely not worth the price. Despite the high prices we did check with their customer service to see how fast they responded and if this was actually a legitimate site. They offered the toll free telephone number as well as 24/7 live chat. Both forms responded within minutes and were able to assure us all transactions on their site were safe and that the prices do stand as is. They also informed us that the prices greatly differ from server to server. We skimmed through almost all the servers finding very few offering 500 gold for under 20.00. The site seemed so great and had so many features we would like to see on more competitors. The prices alone unfortunately would kill them in this market though. We assume they must make most their sales on ill informed consumers. We decided to make a purchase for 500 gold just to see how legitimate they really were.

Purchase

We decided to go with the 500 gold at the overpriced rate of 21.42. After a rigorous and long order process we placed our order with our Pay Pal card. We used their delivery performance spread sheet to figure out our delivery time. We showed that about half the orders arrived in less than an hour and the other half after 12 hours. We would expect 100% instant delivery with prices like this. We crossed our fingers and hope for a fast delivery. We must of landed on the lucky side as we received a in game tell within 15 minutes of placing the order. We most likely were the only ones purchasing from them at the time (just kidding). We felt their site had everything to be a leading seller of Warcraft gold except the fact the prices were just ridiculously too high, and sat over double the industry average.

Overall

The overall functionality of MMOINN was great. They offered great features and promotions. Their customer service was fast and responsive. The prices though were just too out of hand and we personally know there are much better prices out there. If you do not mind paying extra or double for that matter then MMOINN is a great site to purchase from. We would not recommend MMOINN for customers only due to the overpriced product.
