First Impression
Our first impressions of Item channel were relatively good. The site layout was nice and it was easy to navigate around. You can locate your games on the left side bar and specialty game options on the top tab bar. As we navigated further we found the site to be fast and responsive. The site appears nicely done and has some good content to it as well as good policies that we found in the FAQ. If you are a returning register customer, you will get a discount. The discount level is set based on the total amount of purchase you've made with us: 2nd order by returning customer: 1% discount $200 to $500 3% discount $500 to $1000 5% discount $1000 to $2000 8% discount over $2000 10% discount. If you are doing power leveling with more expensive packages this seemed like a really nice discount to receive.
Deals/prices
There were many great promotions and deals currently out that did catch our eye. Item Channel was formed in 2006 and has served over 30,000 customers since. From these facts we were able to determine they have made a good amount of sales. We noticed they offered a large array of power leveling packages. While searching for a power leveling service that me might like on our character we found anything from arena point power leveling to 1-70 power leveling. Most of these services came in the form of packages that included gold or profession leveling as well as arena gear. There was also single level power leveling for people looking for more minor tweaking of their characters. Over all the selection was vast and we were able to find a package we were interested in.
Our Purchase
We chose to go with one of the level 70 package for pvp (Player Vs Player). For 129.99 they offered us a full gladiator set, and weapon in 10 days. We placed our order with our pay pal account and were given our confirmation number. We were a little upset with the fact there was no easy entry to track your power leveling progress like some of the other sites. We did find out however that if you register with itemchannel and make an account you can actually track your order. Registering also apparently increases the speed at which your order is processed and delivered. Our power leveling went over a day for its estimated time, but happily we were credited 200 gold for our delay as stated in their FAQ for late delivered order.
Overall
Overall we felt the site was great and it supplied us with adequate service. We were happy to see they stuck to their policy and we did not have to fuss much to receive our satisfaction for our late order. We would definitely give Itemchannel another shot just next time we might think about registering with them before placing our order. (Forms of Payment accepted) Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal.
