First Impression

Our first impressions of Item channel were relatively good. The site layout was nice and it was easy to navigate around. You can locate your games on the left side bar and specialty game options on the top tab bar. As we navigated further we found the site to be fast and responsive. The site appears nicely done and has some good content to it as well as good policies that we found in the FAQ. One of the policies being that 90% of all their gold purchases are delivered within 30 minutes. If you gold is not delivered in 30 minutes you are eligible to receive some compensation in the form of bonus gold. This was very intriguing to us. They also stated that 50% of customers will receive their gold in less than 5 minutes. This seemed like some nice policies to have.

Deals and Values

There were many great promotions and deals currently out that did catch our eye. Item Channel was formed in 2006 and has served over 30,000 customers since. From these facts we were able to determine they have made a good amount of sales. We proceeded to search for some gold that we could purchase and try out itemchannel’s services. We found some of their prices to be a little higher than other competitors but with some of the promotions they run it would have probably been cheaper than the competition. For instance “From March 30 to April 15, if you buy WOW 500G or more. or EUWOW 1000G or more, we will present you 10% Gold of your purchased quantity.” These promotions can be found at the top of the site in the SPECIALS bar. Their normal prices started at 9.99, for 400 gold, and up to 121.99 for 5000 gold. If we chose to purchase during a promotion period though good chance we could get some very exceptional deals. We went ahead and placed our order for 400 gold at 9.99 to the stormreaver server. After placing our order we noticed that if you register with an account your orders are actually processed and delivered faster, unfortunately we did not register. Sure enough itemchannel met us in game within 4 minutes our 400 gold was in our possession and we were off to the auction house. Despite not registering with a itemchannel we still received our order in more than adequate time. (Forms of Payment accepted) Master Card, Visa, Pay Pal.

Thanks itemchannel for your fast and speedy gold service. We would definitely purchase again from itemchannel as we are always looking for services that offer gold delivery policies and incentives to order from them.
