First Impression Our first impression of IG2t was not bad. We found the site to actually be pretty responsive and the layout to be somewhat understandable. IG2t has currently been in business for a little under 3 years. They provided us very little information about themselves but did guarantee to deliver your order within 24 hours. We found the site a little difficult to navigate through as there were not many useful icons and everything was pretty much in plain text and seemed to mash into each other using certain browsers. We decided to take a deeper look in IG2t to see if they offered any good promotions or prices. Deals / promotions The only promotions we could really find were the returning customer bonuses. We found the bonus to be minimal and painfully aggravating to actually get applied. The bonus was a 2% discount to 15% discount depending on what order you were on and how much you were buying. They offered a live customer chat and a phone number. We were disappointed with the live chat as it seemed the customer support did not really understand us or were using some type of translator. We tried the phone line but seeing as it was not toll free after 4 minutes and then being placed on hold for an additional 3 minutes we found the service to be lacking. We finally received a customer service rep who surprisingly spoke English. Only to find out we were not eligible to receive any type of bonus. What a letdown and the non toll free number probably would have accumulated our messily 4% discount anyhow. After feeling discouraged from our service help we decided to check out their prices.

Purchase

We decided to look up gold for our current server stormreaver. We were hoping to get a decent price after the crummy service and poorly laid out site. We were shocked to see 500 gold at 12.08 and our small slivers of hope were quickly dashed. Not only was the service bad but the prices were actually above the standard listings of 9.99. We decided to go ahead and make the purchase to see if lg2t was even legit. Our order was surprisingly processed and delivered relatively quickly. We met face to face with one of their reps who gave us our 500 gold within a hour. At least their speed proved to be acceptable.

Overall

Unfortunately we would not suggest IG2T strictly due to the hard to deal with customer service and site layout. They did however deliver their product and within a timely matter. For the price, we felt that the service should have been much better and the site a little more responsive. Overall LG2T proved to be safe to purchase from but won’t be winning any awards from us.
