The service is definitely up to par with competitors as they have a live chat option and a 1-800 telephone number for quick instant help. They provide some good content in their FAQ as well as the about us section. We do suggest checking out their about us section as they provide some very useful information about themselves and the development of their company. We began searching for any promotions located on Gold4power. Unfortunately we could not see any great deals or big promotions currently running. They currently have 2 million gold in stock at any given time. We decided to see what their prices might look like on stormreaver horde side. Upon pulling up the gold prices from stormreaver we were given a lot of nice information. It displayed for us how many orders all time have been placed from stormreaver, as well as the amount of gold purchased all together and the amount currently available. Many competitors do not show this information, which we personally do like to see. The price for 500 gold was 17.99, which seemed pretty steep compared to the rest of their competitors. The most they could offer us at the moment was 2500 for 73.99. We decided to give them a try and hoped they could offer us some great service with the prices they were charging.

We decided to go ahead and purchase 500 gold for 17.99 on stormreaver. Our transaction went through smoothly and our receipt was e-mailed and printable instantly. We checked up to see how long it might take for us to receive our gold. We did find in the faqs that it could take up to 12 hours to receive your order. This was pretty good compared to a lot of competitors out there. We would consider it a little under average but not to bad. Within 6 hours we received our gold by mailbox. We were a little concerned why we received it by mailbox; we decided to call their toll free number. A rep told us that since we had not been logged in they mailed it to us. We asked that they do not do this in the future for us though since we could be caught or even banned for gold through the mailbox. Gold4power told us that next time we place a order simply call with our order number and we can be assured it would not be mailed. We thanked them kindly and enjoyed our gold. The service was great and the site was great and they had great content, the only thing lacking for gold4power was their high prices compared to many competitors who typically offer 500 gold for 9.99. All in all we were satisfied and always happy for find another successful gold seller.

Overall

We found Gold4power to be great site, we would actually go as far as saying their site was one of the best functioning and best laid out we had seen. Their customer service was top notch and could be reached via 1-800 number or online chat. The only thing that we can really say that would steer us away from doing most our business is prices, and as well all know prices are one of the most important aspects.
