First Impression

Gmbar has currently been in business a little over 7 years. When first logging on you will find the site to be plain but very neat and well laid out. The site navigation is fast and easy. You can find some of their newly added features highlighted in yellow, which can be helpful to new and reoccurring customers. They currently offer gold, Power leveling, CD-keys, and even game cards. We found that Gmbar also offered numerous ways to contact them. They have multiple e-mails in which they can be reached a 24/7 online chat service, a AIM id that can be contacted, and you can even request to be contacted by phone via e-mail. Gmbar boasted to have 24/7 instant gold deliveries that we will be putting to the test.

Deals / Promotions

Gmbar was actually one of the few sites we reviewed that actually had a promotions page. We went to their current promotion page and did find promotions on linage, unfortunately there were no current promotions on WOW. We decided to go check out Gmbar’s gold prices to see what they could offer. We were a little disappointed in the gold selections offered. They only offered us 5 different quantities of gold, the lowest amount starting at 1000g. Gmbar offered 1000 for 18.39, which was a pretty good price for that amount. Their gold range was minimal with being able to only purchase 1000-5000 gold. Most competitors are able to at least offer 20,000 and some even 100,000. Luckily we were not looking for much and decided to go with Gmbar’s 1000 to see if they lived up to their instant delivery ad.

Purchase

We went ahead and placed our order for 1000g for the stormreaver server at a reasonable 18.39. We contacted the customer service while we waited on confirmation. We reached a customer service rep within about 2 minutes, and our order had just finished it’s confirmation. We gave the customer service rep our confirmation number and asked if the gold was really instantly delivered. The customer service rep told us it depends what method we prefer and if we are logged on when they try to reach us. She told us to log onto WOW and wait. We said thanks and alt tabbed to our wow game which was already up and running with are undead warrior sitting in Under City. As soon as we alt tabbed we noticed we had some whispers from a Gmbar agent. We were pretty shocked to find him already contacting us within a minute of placing our order. We gladly accepted our gold and were quite pleased with gmbar’s service. If you are looking for fast deliveries and don’t mind purchasing in quantities of 1000-5000 then gmbar is great service to go with. You may want to look elsewhere for more customizable orders.

Overall

Overall we felt Gmbar offered great service and many ways to receive their great service. They offered a good array of products with blazing fast deliveries. The site layout was very simple and neat and is definitely a plus for customers looking to place their orders quickly. The only drawback to Gmbar we could really find was their choices for gold purchasing. The fixed gold quantities might be why they are able to delivery so fast though.
