First Impression

Akgame was created in 2004. They are currently one of the largest power leveling companies and gold selling companies to date. Akgame will also purchase gold and accounts from customers. Akgame’s site layout was standard among the competition and has a relatively quick and speedy response. The site was very user friendly and easy to navigate through. For any questions about their products and orders they offer an easy to use 24/7 live customer service chat.

Promotions / deals

Akgame’s current promotions were on power leveling services level 1-60 for 129.00. Their promotion price was honestly not very different from most sites offering power-leveling service. We decided to go in and see if their gold prices were any better. We found they offered 500 gold for 9.95 on the horde Aegwynn server. This was a standard pricing among many sites and slightly under the industry standard 9.99. We were disappointed to find they had no inventory for Stormreaver horde gold. The largest amount of gold we could purchase was 20,000, which was relatively low and at a highly marked price of 398.00. We decided to go ahead and make the purchase of 500 gold at 9.95 so we could see what Akgame had to offer for delivery speed.

Purchase

We made our purchase with Akgame using our Pay Pal card. The check out cart was easy to use and processed our information quickly. We received our receipt within minutes for 9.95 through e-mail / Pay Pal. We looked on the site for delivery times and we unable to locate not only the delivery time estimation but the FAQ’s as well. We started to think we might have been duped here. We contacted the live customer chat service that informed us that most gold is delivered within 24 hours unless they run out of stock during processing of our order. We told the customer service rep our confirmation number and she assured us we would receive our gold as soon as possible. Within about 4 hours from speaking with the customer service rep our gold did appear in our in game mail box. We would of preferred face to face but when the delivery times are not stated clearly you never know how many hours you may be waiting. Akgame did deliver what they promised and within a reasonable time and price. There are other competitors out there that do offer cheaper prices and faster delivery time, but as a company Akgame followed through with exactly what they promised us.

Overall

Overall we felt that Akgame was a good solid company. They did lack some well-needed information on their site. This could be due primarily to the fact they pride themselves on their power leveling services and not their gold services. We found their 24/7 customer chat service to be quite helpful and their prices fair. Akgame’s had a well-made site that was responsive and fast and they did live up to their promises and fulfillment of our order.
